Maintain a group of strong Management Functions capable to present the organization performance & expectations within a controlled environment, to provide the group of main 3 targets: Profitability, Client Satisfactions, & Sustain Growth.
Managing the financial aspects of the whole organization. It includes creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, managing cash flow, and ensuring that the organization is financially viable.
Managing the Organization workforce. It includes recruiting and hiring workers, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
